Order Terms and Conditions

  • Minimum Order:

    • For Handmade Wigs: 12 pieces

    • For Wholesale clothing: 6 pieces

  • Per Model: Minimum of 4 pieces per model, with the option to mix and match colors.

Payment

  • Our wigs are handmade to order, so we do not keep stock.

  • Deposit: A 50% deposit is required when placing your order.

  • Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due the day before delivery. We’ll contact you to confirm delivery details and the final timeline.

  • Delivery Time: Timing depends on the order size. Since each wig is handmade, production time may vary.

Packaging

  • You can opt to use your own packaging and tags. If not specified, your order will be delivered with our packaging and branding.

Customization

  • We offer custom designs! Simply send us your preferred design.

  • Custom orders require a minimum of 12 pieces, with at least 4 pieces per model (colors can be mixed and matched).

Refund Policy

  • No Refunds: We do not offer refunds. However, exchanges are available for faulty products.

  • Exchange Process:

    • Contact us within 10 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

    • Send photos of the issue within 7 days of receiving the product.

    • Please note: Wigs must be in their original condition, and lace must not be cut.

  • Placing an order indicates your acceptance of these terms.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a tracking number once it’s shipped.

  • Shipping Disclaimer: We are not responsible for loss or damage during shipping. Insurance is not provided, and shipping is at your own risk.
